Can I Have More Than 300 Microsoft 365 Business Subscriptions in My Tenant?
17-06-2026 11:45This question continues to challenge Microsoft partners, small enterprises, and larger SMBs. Unfortunately, the answer is not as straightforward as it should be. According to the Microsoft Product Terms (see screenshot below, after login), a customer may not provision more than 300 user subscription licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Premium. From a legal perspective, the “/” is merely a separator; it does not mean “AND,” nor does it mean “OR.” As a result, there is no immediately clear interpretation.
