Extended Term will be extended to Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA-CSP)
29-10-2025 20:38Microsoft customers with an expiring Enterprise Agreement, and not ready to decide on a new Agreement can decide for an Extended Term. Their online services (like Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365) will not be terminated but kept alive. Off course there are special terms (like a 3% uplift in price). Microsoft announce that starting February 1, 2026 (for Enterprise customers and customers paying with credit card), or April 1, 2026 (CSP partners) this Extended (Service) Term will come to the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
