Besides regular licenses, there are add-on’s (in two flavors) and there are licenses which come with licensing prerequisites. Is that the same? Basically you need to have a ‘first’ license before choosing an additional license. Or when assigning a license to a user, you must have assigned another license first. Confusing, isn’t it?
