Transition from EA cloud to MCA-Partner (CSP) with Teams included
10-04-2025 10:56Starting January 1st 2025, Microsoft no longer supports a cloud-only Enterprise Agreement (EA) renewal and does not accept said new agreements. The alternative for customers is the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA). When transitioning to MCA through a Cloud Solution Provider Partner (CSP), customers could only purchase online services SKU’s without Microsoft Teams. This has now changed with EA to CSP renew.
