Registration and confirmation<\/h3><\/div>

When you want to attend a Microsoft licensing training, please register through the Didactive website. You will receive an automated e-mail message notifying you that we have received your registration. Your registration is a provisional registration. After receipt of your registration we will send an email with additional information.
\nApproximately 2 months prior to the event\/training date we will let you know if the scheduled training is confirmed, and if so, sent you the invoice as well. Payment term is 30 days and your reservation is only confirmed after receipt of your payment.
\nOne to two weeks in advance of the training we will send you an e-mail with all the training and venue details, such as location, travel suggestions, time table, et cetera.<\/p>\n

There are three available rates for published classroom and\/or digital training sessions<\/p>\n<\/div>

Early Bird<\/h3><\/div>

The Early Bird rate can be chosen when you want a financial discount and register early to be assured a seat. These benefits do come with terms: the Early Bird rate is only available until six weeks prior to the training or when we have reached capacity (whichever comes first). Besides, there is no option for cancellation and with that there is no refund of payment; if you cannot attend the training, one of your colleagues may take your seat for that particular training without additional cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Regular and Group rate<\/h3><\/div>

The Regular rate is available until two weeks prior to the training or when we have reached capacity (whichever comes first). Registration can be cancelled following below terms:<\/p>\n

  • Full refund if we receive your cancellation more than 6 weeks in advance<\/li>\n
  • 75% refund if we receive your cancellation more than 3 weeks and up to 6 weeks in advance<\/li>\n
  • 50% refund if we receive your cancellation more than 7 days and up to 3 weeks in advance<\/li>\n
  • 25% refund if we receive your cancellation 1 to 7 days in advance<\/li>\n
  • No refund if you cancel on the first day of the training or if you don\u2019t show up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Alternatively to cancellation, you are allowed to have one of your colleagues take your seat if you are unable to attend.<\/p>\n

    If you register two or more participants from the same organization you may choose the discounted ‘Group Rate’ (follows the above cancellation policy).
